Relation to Dannyedit source

Hey, considering that not even the Doctor and Clara know the exact connection to Danny apart from them sharing a surname, doesn't it technically break T:IU, T:CITE and T:CITE DEF to say Orson's Danny's great-grandson? Shouldn't this be fixed to say exactly what Listen and The Caretaker say? -- Tybort (talk page) 15:58, October 3, 2014 (UTC)

It would've helped if the page had a spoiler alert... -- 00:30, March 24, 2017 (UTC)

5.3 Factual correctionedit source

Dan the Soldier Manedit source

It is stated that: "According to this theory, Clara contacted Danny's relatives after his death, told them of his sacrifice and gave them Dan the Soldier Man."

However, this does not appear possible, since Clara left Dan the Soldier Man in the possession of the Doctor when she visited him as a small child in a barn on Gallifrey! She comforted him as he was crying, and left Dan as a reminder that fear could make you stronger. (TV: Listen)

You're quite right. I'll change it. MystExplorer 00:08, April 24, 2017 (UTC)

Family treeedit source

If a person is ambiguously a nephew OR a grandson, then there is not enough evidence to place Orson on a tree anywhere relative to Clara and her parents. Also Danny and Clara never married. -- Tybort (talk page) 16:24, 13 January 2023 (UTC)

On top of this, considering that the editor of the family tree mentioned T:BOUND, I would point to this being an obvious violation of T:VS AND T:CITE DEF. Namely the three questions in T:CITE DEF about original research and pointing to a direct quotation or time code. Also, a person having two named parents does not constitute a family tree, and is redundant with infoboxes. I could bring up a time code in a few minutes where Clara is killed by the raven or the woman mentions Danny being hit by a car. Clara having grandkids or marrying Danny however... -- Tybort (talk page) 18:36, 13 January 2023 (UTC)
I even raised this exact issue nine years ago in #Relation to Danny. -- Tybort (talk page) 18:49, 13 January 2023 (UTC)
If it needs spelling out: 2:07 in Dark Water, with Mr Armitage more directly saying it at 3:00. -- Tybort (talk page) 01:58, 15 January 2023 (UTC)
