Yes. In your preferences, add the image code in the "Nickname" place. So yours should be:

-[[User:Sichamousacoricothingmabob|Si]]

So change it to:

-[[User:Sichamousacoricothingmabob|Si]] [[Image:New HTL Seal icon.PNG]]

Well, first of all, you linked the image incorrectly. Try copy+pasting this:

-[[User:Sichamousacoricothingmabob|Sichamousacoricothingmabob • Si]] [[Image:New HTL Seal icon.PNG]]
