Trade vessels were operated by the Zantoxians. One such vessel which passed through Earth's solar system in the 2000s had their onboard computer secretly accessed by Mr Smith. Via a cybergon download, Mr Smith's gained an up-to-date data registration of the Uvodni general, Uvlavad Kudlak, allowing him to reveal to Sarah Jane Smith the identity of Kudlak, who she discovered was operating on Earth.
