A time bullet was a weapon of Time Lord origin. The user had full control of the movement of the projectile. Its speed could also be manipulated and the bullet could be "un-shot" or return to the gun, leaving no marks or scars on the victim.
The Headhunter used the weapon on Lucie Miller to force the Eighth Doctor to turn off the stellar manipulator. After the Doctor maximised the intensity of the device, causing the destruction of Orbis, Lucie fired a time bullet at the Doctor to bring him to the TARDIS. (AUDIO: Orbis)
