The Casa Celi was a café in the Hayes district of Cardiff. It was owned by Rico Celi. Jack Harkness' team were frequent visitors to the Casa Celi café.
Among other things, the café served antipasto, lemonade with ice and lemon, and water.
On one occasion, following an incident involving a Cyclops, Jack Harkness took the team out to the café for what thought was an "evening jolly". Instead, Jack was using the café as an ideal lookout for spotting a vagrant Weevil.
Jack and Gwen Cooper later used the café as a lookout to spot Guy Wildman. (PROSE: Another Life)
