Milo Clancey was a space pioneer and the former partner of Dom Issigri.
Biography
Milo was the head of the Milo Clancey Space Mining Company. He and Dom were among the first men into deep space and became rich mining argonite, although they eventually went their separate ways; Milo going into business for himself.
Milo was robbed several times by Maurice Caven's band of space pirates, but due to his antagonistic attitude and that his ship was in the same vicinity as the drifting beacon segments made of argonite, General Nikolai Hermack suspected him of being the pirates' leader himself and attempted to arrest him.
Milo assisted the Second Doctor against Caven, and was reunited with his partner, whom Caven had kidnapped. (TV: The Space Pirates)
