Dortmun was a wheelchair-using rebel leader who opposed the Dalek occupation of Earth in 2150. He was exterminated after running into a Dalek patrol. (TV: Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D.)
The Dalek Survival Guide indicated that this version of Dortmun came from a version of reality "B" relative to the First Doctor's version of reality "A". (PROSE: Dalek Survival Guide)
