Produced by Underground Toys, the plush TARDIS, titled as "Talking Soft Toy" on the box/tag, came in two sizes. It was a medium sized plush toy approximately 9 inches tall and a mini clip-on plush approximately 4 inches tall.
Both plush toys could be squeezed with the sound of the TARDIS and the light on top flashing.
