Balsam was the captain of the Winton, the spaceship that ferried archaeologists from St Oscar's University to Perfecton in 2593. In Pantoland, he adopted the persona of King Rupert, who was the father of Princess Bernice Summerfield and the adoptive father of Prince Charming. (PROSE: Oh No It Isn't!, AUDIO: Oh No It Isn't!)
