Hubert Crimp was one of the most notorious slave-dealers in the galaxy. He was known to frequent exclusive gambling resorts like the Trans-Vegas Casino. Similar to the Blowfish encountered by the Torchwood team, this pink, man-sized fish in a suit had razor sharp teeth and three fingered hands.
Hubert was once humiliated by the Eleventh Doctor, who fairly won all of his money in a game of cards, while at the same time arranging the escape of the slaves from his ship with his accomplice Amy Pond. (COMIC: Winning Hand)
