Isbur was an Ice Warrior and a member of Varga's crew. He was revived during the Ice Age of 5000. He and Rintan accompanied Varga to the Brittanicus Base, but they were forced out when Elric Penley turned up the base's heat controls and the Second Doctor fired at the base with the Ice Warriors' sonic gun.
