Bibo Mechman was an aristocrat and a member of the Founding Families living in Kaldor City in 2887. She was part of a delegation sent to Carnell to find out why robots had gone amok and were killing people. (PROSE: Corpse Marker)
She was the earliest Firstmaster to be assassinated in a series of murders carried out by Kaston Iago. Her corpse was dumped on Kiy Uvanov's desk. Iago and Carnell successfully conspired to have her death framed on Firstmaster Devlin. (AUDIO: Occam's Razor)
