Chief Petty Officer Myers was a Royal Navy officer who took part in the battle to retake the HMS Seaspite.

Myers shot and killed the Sea Devil guarding the Third Doctor and the Master. He was then told to guard the Master, who hypnotised him, then knocked him out. (TV: The Sea Devils)
