A Bulgar led a group of Bulgars in London who were originally from the Bellova Forest. He believed Clive Colville was a vampire who had returned from the dead and encountered George Litefoot when laying a trap for Colville's return at his grave, but was frightened off by Henry Gordon Jago pretending to be a gang of police officers. When they finally encountered the who they thought was Clive Colville, they killed him. In actuality, it was his son, Reginald Colville that they had killed.
