Director Senex was the leader of Dulcian society at the time the Second Doctor, Jamie and Zoe fought an invasion of Dominators and Quarks. He was the father of Cully. Like most Dulcians, he was an extreme pacifist, unable to arrive at a plan to rid Dulkis of its invaders.
