Toby’s latest victim is a man who is responsible for many of the words spoken by Doctor’s Three and Four. He has tales of liquid lunches with Douglas Adams, playing in a band with John Fortune, and getting his hands on an Oscar. Then there’s the small matter of a certain character who just don’t go away. Is this a good one? Affirmative.
