Commander Zazzka was a Kastrian working from Outer Dome Six. On the orders of King Rokon, he detonated the obliteration module containing Eldrad.
Zazzka protested the order that it be activated at nineteen spans, instead of twenty-five where Eldrad would certainly not survive. Rokon explained that it was necessary as solar winds might result in a loss of control over the craft. Zazzka detonated it, and Eldrad survived, with his hand ending up on Earth.
