The two-minute web wersion does have an in-universe narrative of 11 sending a message to the world, urging primary school kids to think of an adventure to free him from the Land of Fiction. But it also has him acknowledging that the previous competition existed (the one that was introduced during a Confidential, I believe) and that it resulted in ''Death is the Only Answer''... And the 51 second version, well, I can't find that anywhere to make a judgement on it.

+:: Indeed - and the existence of the previous script competition isn't even a fact from an invalid story, it's just a fact from the real world. Given the Land of Fiction context, metafictional shenanigans are only to be expected and shouldn't be held as evidence of a Rule 4 breach. I'm removing the tag.
