Morgan Thales was a Water elemental in human form. He was the son of "Mrs Flood." Due to the difficulties of staying in human form, Thales had deformed feet. Jonas Rust attempted to take Thales' power for himself but was stopped by the Eighth Doctor. (PROSE: The City of the Dead)
