The cleaning creatures were an unnamed species from an asteroid orbiting Posadise. They were small, blue, furry creatures with red and black eyes and otherwise featureless faces. Though they had a simple language, they were capable of travelling from their asteroid to and from Posadise and had a wide range of cleaning products.

The creatures' home was endangered by the junk of the Posadians, which was pulled into Posadise's rings by sandstorms. The creatures came to Posadise to clean it up, but the Posadians were unable to understand them and assumed they were invaders. Though they planned to fight back, the Eleventh Doctor was able to show them the truth of the matter. (COMIC: A Mess of Trouble)
