Darien was a musician of Kirith, the younger brother of Revna and the twin brother of Kareena. He had blond hair.
Darien was highly skilled at playing the korintol, having become a master and performing his own compositions in public at a young age. Despite his initial reluctance, he agreed to join the Panjistri at Kandasi to practice and refine his art, but was instead absorbed into the God Machine.
