Derek Pollitt (1926-11 July 2010[1]) appeared in several Doctor Who television stories: as Driver Evans in The Web of Fear, Private Wright in Doctor Who and the Silurians, and A. St. John D. Caldera in Shada.

His brother was actor Clyde Pollitt, who appeared in two Doctor Who stories between 1969-1973.
