Dora Muse was a stranded Braakian inhabitant of Paris, 1922. She owned the bookshop 'Dickens and Company' which the Seventh Doctor frequented. She discussed with him the strange goings on and told him about a the critic reviews that were prompting some of Paris's greatest artistic geniuses to leave the city.
Looking like a living piece of Pablo Picasso art, she had 3 ears, both eyes on one side of her face, and skin of green and purple. She typically wore a mantilla to obscure her appearance. She feared the "Katy Manning" Iris, and convinced Kevin Archer that he was a creative genius in order to feed on serotonin from his brain. When her duplicity was revealed, Iris and Ace destroyed her body using sunlight.
