Catherine Thompson "Kate" Dickens (née Hogarth (PROSE: The Time Travellers' Almanac)) was the wife of Charles Dickens (PROSE: The Death of Art)
Kate married Charles in 1836, and the couple went on to have ten children. However, the couple separated in 1858, by which time her husband was involved with an actress, Ellen Ternan. (PROSE: The Time Travellers' Almanac)
