Oblation was a programme designed by Ben. He adapted 3Sol's fire drones and created an app with which people could tag homeless people. The homeless person would then be visited by a drone which would give them the choice between experimental drugs and death by flamethrower. A failure to choose would result in death. Being tagged meant that one could not access hospitals nor visit certain "zero tolerance" zones. If a tagged person were to do so, they would be told to leave by a drone.

The operation was shut down when Tyler Steele tagged Ben, who failed to give an answer and was burnt to death. (AUDIO: Hostile Environment)
