A Business Proposal for Mel! was an online eight-minute special which served as part of the promotional campaign for the the release of the Doctor Who: The Collection — Season 10 Blu-ray boxset. It included the mini-episode 24 Carat as well as a trailer for the box-set and interview clips with cast members of Season 24.
