The eighth issue of The Daredevils was cover dated August 1983. Although its immediate predecessor was the final issue to contain Doctor Who comic strip reprints, it continued to contain DWU comics - in this case, Arrivals.
Arrivals is relevant for its inclusion of the Special Executive, who first appeared in the DWM comic story Black Sun Rising.
