Ka Faraq Gatri is a Dalek phrase meaning "Bringer of Darkness" or "Destroyer of Worlds". It was the name given to the Doctor in his seventh incarnation, due to that he caused the destruction of Skaro the Dalek homeworld. (NA: Timewyrm: Revelation)
At least during and after the Last Great Time War, the Daleks called the Doctor "The Oncoming Storm", apparently due to the damage he had caused to the Dalek race. (DW: The Parting of the Ways)
