The Thal Dome was a base used by the Thal race on Skaro, and is the counterpart to the Kaled Dome belonging to the Kaleds. It was used as their base during The Thousand Year War. At its centre the Thals had constructed a neutron rocket to destroy the Kaled Dome and ultimately win the war against their Kaleds enemies.
