The Thal Dome was a base used by the Thals on Skaro during the Thousand Year War. It functioned as a counterpart to the one used by the Kaleds. At its centre the Thals had constructed a neutron rocket to destroy the Kaled Dome and ultimately win the war against the Kaleds. However, that victory was short lived when Davros' newest creation, the Daleks entered the Thal dome and proceeded to destroy any of the dome's inhabitants they encountered under the orders of Davros.
