Mr Tluss was the leader of a group of aliens who plunged societies into chaos for the entertainment of his home world.
Mr Tluss caused chaos on Zassaph in Dimension 16 with a ceremonial headdress and on Kelpa with a wooden toy. Earth then caught Tluss' attention and he helped publish The Darvias Saga, which caused people to riot and commit suicide.
