Tim Leicester

Tim Leicester had a traumatic experience as a child. He and his friends used a ouija board, during which one of his friends, Andrew, became so scared that he ran out of the building and was hit by a car, killing him.

Decades later, Tim was convinced by several co-workers to use a ouija board. One of the participants, Neil Hilton, had also been one of Andrew's friends. Neil became so scared that he ran out of the building. Tim later learned that Neil had been stopped by the Seventh Doctor and invited to time travel with him.
