:You know I've never actually noticed that until stopping to look. Looking at the title screen, the DVD release and the novelisation they all use 'and', only the VHS releases for the UK/Australia (see them at [http://www.timelash.com/tardis/display.asp?838 TARDIS Library - K9 and Company]). - You know I've never actually noticed that until stopping to look. Looking at the title screen, the DVD release and the novelisation they all use 'and', only the VHS releases for the UK/Australia (see them at TARDIS Library - K9 and Company).
