The Koogah Beasts were a species native to Red Sky Lost. Koral's species who also lived on the planet used their Cat-like razor sharp claws to kill them.(NSA: Prisoner of the Daleks)
They presumably went extinct when the Daleks destroyed Red Sky Lost
