The '''Chess-playing Cyberman''' was an aged, ostensibly empty [[Cyberman]] [[Cyber-body|shell]] of the [[Cyber Legion]]s leftover from the [[Cyber Wars of the 250th Millennium]]. Named the 699th [[Wonder of the Universe]], it was displayed before the [[Imperial Court]] and modified to play [[chess]] at [[Hedgewick's World of Wonders]], where it was controlled by [[Ludens Nimrod Kendrick Cord Longstaff XLI|Porridge]]. This body was infested by [[Cybermite]]s which used it to restrain [[Webley]] so they could partially [[cyber-conversion|convert]] him.
