Corporal Ralph Coltrane was an American soldier who worked in San Pedro Overflow Camp during the Miracle in 2011. He was present when Colin Maloney showed Dr. Vera Juarez around the camp and also witnessed Colin shoot her twice. Ralph tried to calm him down but was too frightened. He took Colin and Vera to the Modules, not knowing what would happen there. Ralph left Vera with Colin at the modules, where Colin brutally incinerated her. (TV: The Categories of Life)
