Hell Comes to Birmingham was the main story published in Captain Britain and MI13 from issue 5 to issue 9. and cover dated from November 2008 to March 2009.
Merlin the Wise, who first appeared in Doctor Who Magazine's The Neutron Knights, was mentioned through dialogue, largely referencing Captain Britain's resurrection in The Guns of Avalon.
