Kasgi once used magnetic clamps to handcuff the Seventh Doctor to his own TARDIS control console. He got out of them by reversing the polarity of the electromagnet at the heart of the TARDIS's main control column, causing it to repel the magnets. (COMIC: Who's That Girl!)
