Synopsis[[edit] | [edit source]]

An actress whose career started on a high - a lead role in a BBC drama whilst she was still in training. That did nothing to prepare her for the glamour of Doctor Who though, in which she appeared as a very distinctive alien. Her preoccupation nowadays is to make a difference to the profession and she has a lot to say about being proactive and how the acting world has changed over the years: and for women in particular.

Nominated charity: Rethink
