Per Thread:178629, this is a difficult-to-define category (see the thread for all this issues brought up). The list article explains the nuances and types of multi-Doctor story much more effectively than a category tree ever could.

Multi-Doctor sources are those in which two or more incarnations of the Doctor actually appear in a single story. This category does not include regeneration stories or stories that include flashbacks or photographs of other incarnations.
