Kryten 2X4B 532P was a member of the JMC Red Dwarf crew. He believed the Daleks possessed technology more advanced than that of the Red Dwarf crew. When Arnold Rimmer ordered a step up to red alert, Kryten warned that it would mean "changing the bulb". (TV: Red Dwarf special)
