The Church of the Silence was an organisation of The Priests of Silencio, an offshoot of the Church forces of the Papal Mainframe. (TV: The Time of the Doctor) 29 February marked the annual parade of the Church of the Silence. The parade, which did not take place on leap years, was promoted by one guide as "the most unforgettable party that you'll never remembered attending." (PROSE: Time Traveller's Diary)
