Brown, also known as Senior Special Agent 24, worked for the Universal Secret Service.
Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]
In 2046, he was sent to Great Britain to overthrow the Director, the head of a military dictatorship, the abolition of which would have allowed Britain to join the World Government. He threw his shoes out of a window as the Director passed below in a car and they exploded on impact, destroying it completely. However, the Director's car was following behind. Brown was subsequently arrested. S showed Twenty One footage of these events unfolding before giving him the same mission.
