George Telfer is an actor who appeared as Graham Winslet in the Auton Trilogy by BBV Productions. On audio, he also played King Charles XIV in BBV's Republica and Captain Fitzroy in the Big Finish Productions' audio Bloodtide.
According to Downtime – The Lost Years of Doctor Who, the part of the Foot Doctor in Do You Have a Licence to Save this Planet? was initially intended to be played by Telfer, in a Victorian outfit comparable to the Eighth Doctor's. In the end, however, Sylvester McCoy was cast in the part, which was altered to match his comic style and evoke his own official Doctor instead of the somewhat Eighth Doctor-like figure that Telfer was intended to embody.
