Sarah was a burger seller for homeless people in the derelict areas of London. She served a burger each to Tommo and Ginger, and after they leave; she asks a hooded man what he wanted, revealed to be the Saxon Master who demands everything in the van, as he had just been resurrected.
After he says that he is hungry, he ate her to the bone, her skeleton later discovered by Tommo and Ginger as they yell for her help, only for them to get eaten as well. (TV: The End of Time)
