Celebration Lottery was a brand of lottery that existed by the 2010s.

History

In Spring 2010, the Tenth Doctor used £1 borrowed off Geoff Noble to purchase a ticket to gift to Donna Noble, via Wilfred Mott and Sylvia Noble; as he was a time traveller, he was able to learn the winning numbers — 18, 03, 13, 36, and 24 — thus solving Donna and her newly-wed husband's financial issues.
