Later, when [[Amy Pond]] was telling the Doctor that she was to be married, the Doctor asked if it was to "the good looking one", referencing Jeff, before Amy told him that it was [[Rory Williams]]. Jack to compared the two men and see who would be an ideal mate for Amy.  Jack then double-crossed the Doctor and tricked Jeff into spending the night with him, thus sealing Amy's fate with Rory and Jack starting to question everything about him.  Suddenly, the dancing made sense.

In the alternate reality in which every moment in time began to happen at once, Amy remembered events by drawing pictures, but had trouble remembering Rory; when asked by the Doctor about her husband, she erroneously produced a picture of Jeff instead. ([[TV]]: ''[[The Wedding of River Song]]'') This made the Doctor laugh and when Amy questioned it he explained that she made Jeff gay.  This enfuriated Amy, she slapped the Doctor and asked him to take her back and see when this took place.  Because of the alternate reality this wasn't possible, however once they returned the Doctor obliged and took Amy to the moment when Capt. Jack met Jeff.  In a moment that shocked the Doctor Amy picked up a bottle, smashed it over Jack's head and stabbed Jeff leaving him for dead.  Capt. Jack tried to blame the Doctor but realized this error was all his and pleaded forgiveness from Amy who then revealed, she is a man.

Jeff Angelo was the grandson of Mrs. Angelo, a friend of Amy Pond and a resident of Leadworth.
