Aquarius

Aquarius was a constellation visible from Earth and a sign of the Zodiac. In 1746, in Inverness, the Second Doctor mentioned it while pretending to use astrologic criteria as a physician. (TV: The Highlanders)

Behind the scenes

On The Zoe Ball Breakfast Show, Ncuti Gatwa hypothesised that the Doctor was an Aquarius (specifically, Aquarius Sun, Pisces Moon and Sagittarius Rising).[1]
