Days after Fester Cat had a stroke, Paul Magrs and Jeremy took Fester to a vet on Queen Street, Cheadle Hulme.
To get to the vet, Jeremy printed a map off Google Earth, and he drove his and Paul's Škoda to Cheadle Hulme. He and Paul comforted Fester on the ride there, singing "Fester's song". On the journey there, Jeremy rang the vet, and a receptionist tried to help.
At the vet, a "lady vet" discussed Fester's condition with Paul and Jeremy, and they came to the difficult decision to have Fester euthanised. (PROSE: The Story of Fester Cat)
