Stooky Sue was a sentient puppet created by the Toymaker.
History
Sue's husband was Stooky Bill, with whom she had three children (or "babbies").
She terrorised Donna Noble, reciting a poem about her husband's death before attacking her. However, Donna fought her off, mocking Sue's own rhyme scheme before bashing her doll form against the wall, seemingly subduing her. (TV: The Giggle [+]Loading...["The Giggle (TV story)"])
